Mr. Foster's practice encompasses a general business and corporate practice with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entrepreneurial business law and securities law.

Mr. Foster's practice encompasses clients of all sizes, from start-ups to large multinational companies, covering a broad range of business legal issues and providing extensive experience for the productive and efficient growth of his clients.

Mr. Foster's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers, business financings and reorganizations, organization and capitalization of limited liability companies, venture capital and entrepreneurial financings, corporate governance matters, federal securities law, and the negotiation and preparation of a wide range of contracts for business, oil and gas and commercial transactions. He has represented a large multinational corporation in the purchase and sale of over thirty automobile dealerships and related properties.
